Ashtanga Primary Series Second Asana(posture) 'Hasta Uttansana'

Ashatnga Vinyasa Primary Series Has second asana Hasta Uttanasana also called Raise arms over head pose, in this posture there is important point to know that upper part of body should be well stretched toward upside also arms well stretched ,with gazing your both thumbs with holding breathe, this posture helps to get relief a human body with any tension of thigh part even spinal problem .
*Note- Please do not Hold Your Breath as you are practicing of this posture and try to concentrate on your third eye which is situated between your both eyebrows .
